You go to PayPals website and just sign up, I have a prepaid credit card that I use with PayPal. If you have a card or bank details you can link them and use PayPal to pay for everything. Most of the information is on the site and it leads you through it while you sign up. If you have more questions you’re welcome to ask me! x

Aweh I use ebay quite a lot. This is the exact listing and person I bought it from, it’s from America but I got it pretty quick. If you search it just look at the person’s rating if they’re like 99% positive then they’re probably good sellers!
